Be the engine that makes every café discoverable and desirable online. From Google Maps to loyalty push notifications, you’ll own the digital levers that drive footfall, star ratings and first-90-day sales for 20+ stores today — while refining the playbook for another 20 openings next year.

Location
Prague (HQ) preferred – open to other EU hubs with 25–35 % travel across 7 markets (Czech Republic, Spain, Poland, Slovakia, Netherlands, Germany, Malta).

What you’ll do:

1. Digital Location Management
  • Claim, verify and maintain 20+ Google Business Profiles, TripAdvisor pages and delivery-app listings
  • Keep hours, menus, photos and attributes 100% accurate; upload fresh assets monthly
  • Track rating trends and flag issues to Store & Area Managers
2. Opening Playbook Execution
  • Duplicate our ClickUp “Opening” template for every new site; own timelines, budgets and task check-offs
  • Launch geo-fenced Google Local and Meta ads (teaser → launch → ramp); hit ROAS ≥ 3×
  • Coordinate press drops, loyalty push campaigns and opening-day events with the Brand & Content team
  • Organize offline events at each coffee shop to attract new customers and foster a local community
3. Paid & Loyalty Campaigns
  • Manage a €5–10k monthly paid budget across seven markets; optimize for CPA and visit lift
  • Build and test loyalty/app pushes (segments, offers, copy); A/B retention vs. acquisition
4. Local SEO & Analytics
  • Track “coffee near me” rank, impressions and competitor share in BrightLocal (or chosen tool)
  • Maintain Looker Studio dashboards; present insights to Country GMs and the exec team
5. Process & Optimisation
  • Run 30- & 90-day post-mortems for every opening; feed lessons back into the playbook
  • Evaluate and implement martech (rank-tracking, ad automation, loyalty tools) as we scale

Must-Haves
  • 2–3 yrs digital marketing for multi-location retail/QSR, hospitality or agency equivalent
  • Proven track record improving Google Business Profile visibility — show us before/after
  • Hands-on with Google Ads (incl. Editor), Meta Ads Manager, GA4/Search Console, BrightLocal (or similar)
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP; SQL/BigQuery is a plus)
  • Fluent English; working ability to read/edit at least one of: Czech, Polish, Spanish or German (DeepL OK)
  • Checklist mentality, analytical, deadline-driven—comfortable telling creatives “good enough”

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience launching stores in more than one EU country
  • Familiarity with loyalty/CRM platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, Talon.One, etc.)
  • Basic Canva/Figma chops to self-edit last-minute assets
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
