Role snapshot:Franchise Partner Recruiter (Sales Executive)
Hybrid / Remote | Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level
What you’ll do:- Identify and connect with potential franchise partners across Europe
- Build relationships that last (and close deals that matter)
- Be the face of our franchise growth - online and IRL
- Work closely with our core team to create smart, scalable sales strategies
- Track your results and celebrate your wins
Must-Haves:- You speak fluent English, plus at least one of these: German, Polish, Dutch, Spanish, Ukrainian, or Russian
- You’ve got sales instincts and know how to connect with people
- You’re organized, driven, and great at managing your own time
- You’ve crushed targets in past roles (or are hungry to start)
- You’re not afraid of a cold DM or a Zoom pitch
- Bonus points if you have experience in coffee, hospitality, or creative industries
- Your Background: Some experience in sales, biz dev, or recruiting - doesn’t have to be corporate!
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or similar is cool, but not a deal-breaker
- You're self-led, values-driven, and want to be part of a brand that actually stands for something
